At KSC Electrical (Pvt). Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Return & Exchange Process

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will arrange for product inspection and guide you through the next steps.
  • Once approved, you can either:
  • Exchange for another product, OR
  • Receive a store credit/refund (as per company policy).
Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
