At KSC Electrical (Pvt). Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Return & Exchange Process

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will arrange for product inspection and guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, you can either:
- Exchange for another product, OR
- Receive a store credit/refund (as per company policy).
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
